Abstract
Dissemination of scholarly work is a foundational expectation of Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) education. This article provides an update on the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) DNP Repository, a digital, open-access platform developed to expand the visibility and global impact of DNP scholarly projects while addressing emerging complexities associated with rapid growth in published manuscripts. Since implementation, repository metrics demonstrate substantial growth, with over 21,000 downloads, 127 publications, and engagement across 163 countries and more than 1,100 organizations. As publication increased, the need for structured scholarly support became more evident. In response, the UTA DNP program implemented a Two-Faculty Scholarly Review Model, piloted in Spring 2026 with 27 graduating students achieving 100% manuscript submission. This model provides an additional layer of scholarly review to enhance manuscript quality and support doctoral-level expectations. The integration of digital dissemination with structured faculty mentorship represents a scalable approach to advancing DNP scholarship while maintaining academic rigor.
