Abstract
Report on UTA Libraries Mini-Grant to fund survey incentive prizes of ten (10) $50.00 MakerShed gift cards to random respondents of the 2016 Makerspace Survey. This mini grant will allow the UTA Library Maker Literacy Task Force, in collaboration with the Texas Innovation Group, to administer a survey intended to gauge makerspace culture in Texas. This survey gathers data from makerspaces on topics such as location, funding, accessibility, user demographics, staffing, equipment, outreach, educational programs, learning outcomes, and other policies. Includes original proposal document and budget sheet.
