Abstract

The Texas Veterans Home Improvement Loan Program is one of three outstanding benefits offered to Texas Veterans through the Texas Veterans Land Board. In addition to making improvements on an existing home, Texas Veterans may also apply for low-interest loans to help buy land and a home. This guidebook is designed to explain how the Home Improvement Loan Program works and answer the questions we are most often asked. Whether you are just requesting information or have already received an application packet, this guidebook should prove very helpful.
