Description

Negative photograph of William J. Bardin self-titled "The Old Swimming Hole." Negative was enclosed in an envelope with the Photographic Negative of Cadet William Bardin. Handwritten text on the back of the envelope reads, "History That's Fun" "1922 Bathing Suite Negative "The old swimming hole" Located on Rush Creek at the Arkansas bridge. Also negative of cadet Bill Bardin at N.T.A.C. 1926. Secretively one of the co-founders of the "Bull Pen Society" in Junior Aggie Annual. We the day students put in $100 each got the editor (A day student) to give us a page in Junior Aggie - unbeknowing to anyone - "The Bull Pen Society" had a place in the Aggie for several years - Bill Bardin Now 89 with a lot fond [sic.] memories."
