Description
This photograph was taken at 11th Street looking down Throckmorton Street. Seen on the far left of this photograph is St. Patrick Cathedral which was designed by Fort Worth architect James J. Kane. To the immediate left of the Cathedral is Fort Worth?ÇÖs second City Hall built in 1893 and demolished in 1937. On the right of the photograph, just behind the horse and buggy is the Fort Worth Telephone Company building which was completed around 1898 and demolished in 1926. In the distant right of the photograph, you can see the Ellison Furniture Factory built in 1913.
