"All State Shrine" award ceremony. Four Shriners are on the stage. The man giving the award and the man receiving are standing in the middle and holding the trophy. The recipient is wearing a uniform and Moslah hat. The word "Moslah" is embroidered in front of his uniform. He is facing to his left. At left another recipient is standing with a baton in his right hand. At right a Shriner standing near a microphone is ready to shake hands with the recipient. A large audience is seated in the auditorium.
