A sign/notice is hanging on the left glass door indicates instructions about bill payments. There are payments drop slot, envelope holder and a sign/notice for the customers' payments on the wall towards the right. The sign reads: Texas Electric Service Company for customers' payments when office is closed use envelopes below and place in slot. Above the floor a small shelf is attached to the wall under the slot.
