Description

South African Archbishop Desmond Tutu speaking at Texas Hall at The University of Texas at Arlington. The talk was sponsored by UTA's Africa Program and there were 2,700 in attendance of Tutu's 35-minute speech. State Senator Royce West presented Tutu with a Texas flag that had flown over the Capitol in Austin.
