Description
University of Texas at Arlington President James Spaniolo speaks at the first MavsMeet Fall Convocation for incoming freshmen in Texas Hall. Held the first day of the fall semester, the event informed and entertained new and returning students with speeches, skits and music. Students learned the alma mater and the proper way to extend their thumb and pinky to form the school's spirit sign. Alum Royce West can be seen seated in the first of seats behind President Spaniolo.
