Al Prewitt, 22, a student at The University of Texas at Arlington, relaxes with a beer at the campus Dry Gulch bar, which closed permanently at the night's end due to lack of business. The Dry Gulch had lost over $9,000 that school year and lost more than $12,000 the year prior. The bar was located in the basement of the University Center building.
