Image shows Chuck Pratt, left and Emilio Howell, right, who will be working on the talk show "UTA Speaks." Howell is host and producer of a new talk show called "UTA Speaks," which originated from the campus of The University of Texas at Arlington. The show is a solution to a problem faced on campus bound dorm dwelling public relations junior. Howell wanted to land a professional internship that translated textbook skills into tangible TV. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition November 2, 1990.
