People begin to father at the 12th annual Fiest-In-The-Park on Main Street between Seventh and Eighth streets. The festival, celebrates National Hispanic Heritage Month. It continues through the next night with gobs of games, lots of food and all kinds of music. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition September 7, 1990.
