Description
Workers are seen outside of the condemned Mexia Supermarket on South Hemphill Street in Fort Worth. Fort Worth city officials planned to fumigate the store after it was cleared of rotting meats and produce as South Fort Worth residents struggled with odors and vermin that the rotting food inflicted on the neighborhood. The Fort Worth Health Department had recently ruled the abandoned store a health hazard.
