Larry Burrell, UTA (University of Texas at Arlington) Police Guard using the rear end of a car as a table when writing a parking violation in the UTA bookstore parking lot on the first day of classes. The day was full of issuing parking tickets. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition January 17, 1984.
