Randy Snow cruises along Monroe Street on The University of Texas at Arlington campus. Snow is training for the 1984 Olympics, to be held in Los Angeles, by making 10 trips around this one-mile block three times a week. Snow was also training to compete in the 1984 World Wheelchair Games, or the Stoke Mandeville 1984 Paralympic Summer Games, held in England. Snow is seen wearing a United States Amputee Athletic Association (USAAA) jersey. Snow competed in the 1500-meter men's wheelchair exhibition event, the first of its kind, at the 1984 Summer Olympics and won second place.
