Image shows sixteen law enforcement officers from 10 various Tarrant and Dallas County agencies recently completed a summer course in crime scene search and evidence preservation. Investigators learned methods of pouring casts and taking photos, to form more lasting record of crime scenes, as well as the importance of preserving that evidence for court presentation. A unidentified person is shown crouched beside a tripod. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition August 19, 1981.
