Image shows Scott Payne's Rubbermobile took first place in rubber band rally. The mechanism was on display at the UTA Engineering School's Open House. The rally, sponsored by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers student chapter, was part of the ASME centennial celebration. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 27, 1980.
