Description
Image shows Cheri Ball, holding a sign "Fie On the Selective Service" at a anti draft. 20 students at UTA carried signs opposed to the military draft. The rally was organized by the UTA chapter of Students Against the Draft. 200 students and faculty watched the rally, those in attendance listened to the Libertarian Party, Students for a Libertarian Society and the Coalition of Socialist Students denounced military conscription. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition October 16, 1980.
