Mike Adkisson (wrestler name Mike Von Erich) pictured in the Denton County courthouse with his wife, Shani (blue dress), his parents, Jack (right) and Doris (second from right), and his attorney Jerry Loftin (left) for a second day of testimony in case where Mike was accused of assaulting Dr. Timothy Shepherd, an emergency room doctor at Lewisville Memorial Hospital, in May 1985 when Adkisson was being treated for a re-injured dislocated shoulder.
