Lenora Rolla, Executive Director of the Tarrant County Black Historical and Genealogical Society, speaking at a Fort Worth School Board meeting. The meeting was called to vote on a proposal to sell the James E. Guinn school building, which the Board ultimately voted not to sell. The Guinn school, currently occupied by the Presbyterian Night Shelter, furnishes shelter for 200-300 homeless people each night.
