Sergeant Marc Branaum hugs Winnie Kilgore, 87, after delivering a Meals on Wheels lunch to her. Personnel from the Carswell Air Force Base have been voluntarily delivering meals for four years and they constitute the largest single group of volunteers in the Meals on Wheels program.
