Image shows Cadet Sargeant Sean Siebart, rappeling down the side of the Student Activitities Building at UTA during ROTC training. 75 other ROTC cadets and members of the ROTC Team joined Siebart in one hour rappelling drills at The University of Texas at Arlington. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition March 15, 1985.
