Image shows Fred Reagan, in tie, center, associated dean of student life at UTA, calming a group of students those who wanted the flag in front of the library lowered to half-staff and those who didn't. Those who requested the flag lowered were outvoted and raised their hands to give the peace sign, indicating the majority decision was accepted. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 7, 1970.
