Joel Turner, 14, political analyst for the "Hoot Owl" children's newspaper in Arlington, helps check results of a national children's poll for the election, tabulated at Six Flags Over Texas. The Hoot Owl was described as a "newspaper made for kids by kids" and was founded in 1970 by seven children between the ages of 6 and 14.
