Municipal Court Judge Harold L. Valderas and Mrs. Valderas, front, were praised by Frank P. Culver, retired Texas Supreme Court justice, back left, and Manuel Jara, International Good Neighbor Council president. Valderas was given the council's annual Good Neighbor Award at a banquet at Ridglea Country Club. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 22, 1972.
