On exhibit in the lobby of First National Bank in Fort Worth is a painting by Arlington Artist Joe Grandee titled "Captain Lee H. McNelly" which will be presented to President Richard Nixon and First Lady Pat Nixon on May 1, 1972 by Grandee and Arlington Chamber of Commerce representatives. The presentation of Grandee's painting commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Texas Rangers law enforcement agency.
