Bert C. Williams is a member of the board of the Drug Treatment Center, 900 Southland Avenue. Who recently received a $5,000 donation from the Junior Woman's Club. Working on the JWC committee which studied the problem of drug abuse in the area were Mrs. Burton Simcox, center, and Mrs. Theodore Mack. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 23, 1971.
