Description

Anti-nuclear protest sponsored by the Armadillo Coalition on June 2, 1979 near the Comanche Peak nuclear plant in Glen Rose, Texas. Ninety-year-old Carl Brannin, left, and friend Cordye Hall came by bus from Dallas to voice their disapproval of the plant with about 350 others. Ms. Hall is seen holding a sign that reads "Stop Nuclear Power, Radiation = Cancer."
