In Houston at the Cullen Davis murder-for-hire trial, Tarrant County D.A. prosecutor Jack Strickland talks with reporters. Mr. Strickland can be seen looking at the reporter that is interviewing him and smiling. The photograph only shows Mr. Strickland from his torso up and the reporter to his right only partially appears on the image.
