Description
blind navigator Wayne Sibson, 13, son of Mrs. Tom Sibson of Austin, reads braille instructions for volunteer driver Linda Bean of Cedar Hill in the 11th annual Braille Rallye. An estimated 70 youths participated in the event which began at the Sheraton Safari in Grand Prairie. Sponsor of the Rallye was the mountain Creek Rallye Club. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 25, 1978.
