A procession of men on horseback in downtown Fort Worth during President Carter's visit to the city. The group appears to be protesting President Carter's visit. Carter was on his way to a luncheon held at the Tarrant County Convention Center, visible at right. People are seen waiting in line at right to get in to TCCC for the luncheon.
