Image shows from left to right, Lieutenant Colonel Rodney Houck, Mrs. Bertha Collins and Ed A. Fisher. Collins as she receives a certificate of appreciation for help given the Carswell Air Force Base summer camp for disadvantaged boys. Mrs. Collins is the Mayor's Council of Youth Opportunity coordinator for the project. Fisher is project chairman and Houck was base officer in charge of the camp. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition November 5, 1970.
