    Description

    University of Texas at Arlington students had a chance to learn rappelling at the Arlington fire training center. About 35 students, with the aid of 15 ROTC members, learned the technique for descending from a height through the use of a rope system. Michael Lee nears the end of his drop. Captain Gerron explained that the descents are made through the use of ropes and a latch hook and, used properly are completely safe. the 15 ROTC members are part of the Army ROTC Insurgent Team at UTA.
