Meals on Wheels volunteer Waneta Ezell, left, delivering food and a birthday card to a recipient. The program has 250 volunteers and the program delivers well-balanced meals to 180 disabled elderly in nine areas of Tarrant County. The Senior Citizens' Centers, Inc. of Metropolitan Tarrant County pays for meals for about 150 recipients through a federal nutrition grant.
