Image shows Vincent Pocowtchit, right, a Comanche Native American from Cyril, Oklahoma, he competed in a dance contest. Pocowtchit won the world's fancy war dance title competition in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition September 11 1977.
