Mrs. Lucille Taylor of 210 W. Third in Arlington tends her flowers in the shadow of UTA (University of Texas at Arlington) six-story $6.5 million Business Administration Building now being constructed. The building is financed with part of $31 million in construction funds allocated by the University of Texas Board of Regents in 1973 and is expected to be completely by 1978. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition July 13, 1976.
