Description
Dee Kelly, far left, chairman of the Texas Turnpike Authority, met with the three members of the Texas Highway Commission this morning prior to the TTA meeting in Arlington. Commission members, from left, Dewitt Greer of Austin, Reagan Houston (chairman) of San Antonio and Charles Simons of Dallas were attending what Kelly called the "most important meeting we've ever had," a meeting in which the future of tolls on the Dallas-Fort Worth Turnpike was to be discussed.
