Image shows Mayor Clif Overcash, left and Billy Gray, director of the Stop Six Multi-Purpose Center, participated in dedication ceremony for new tennis courts at the center. The dedication was the first of a long list of activities planned throughout the city for Black History Week. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition February 9, 1976.
