Description
The Sculpture Garden of the Fort Worth Art Center has steps with steel hand rails designed and executed by sculptor Gene Owens. It provides an entrance from Montgomery Street to the Art Center for the first time, as well as exhibition space both in the permanent collection and on temporary loan.
