Description
Classes will begin August 28, 1961 in the new Our Lady of Victory High School at 1401 Oakland, just north of the Fort Worth toll plaza of the Dallas-Fort Worth Turnpike. The large unit at left is the school's gymnasium, with the cafeteria and library located to its right. School offices are located in the wedge-shaped central area, and the chapel--the area with a two-story glass wall--and the auditorium are to the right. The three classroom wings house, from left, boys classes, science and art facilities to be used by both boys and girls, and girls classes. The separate structure in center background is for the school's teaching brothers, and the Sisters of St. Mary will live in the building at right rear.
