(Watt) Kemble Jr.; Standing, left to right, are incumbents Ira Kersnick, Place 4; Bill Sarsgard, Place 9; Mayor R. M. (Sharkey) Stovall, Place 1; Dr. Edward Guinn and newcomer Fred Rehfeldt. The new council was seated in brief ceremonies. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 10, 1969.
