Dallas School Superintdendent Dr. Nolan Estes took time out to lend a hand on some school work to Janice Jones, 3, left, and James McKnight, 3, during a tour by the Fort Worth and Dallas school boards of the Ruby Williamson School at 1815 Cold Springs Road. The school is part of an experimental program geared to help deprived preschool children. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition March 20, 1969.
