Image shows Dr. Frank Harrison, right, acting president of The University of Texas at Arlington, accepting deed to land on which they are located at, the Campus Shopping Center in Arlington, from Ted C. Arendale, president of Arendale Ford Sales. Arendale and attorney Clyde R. Ashworth (not shown) transfered to UTA ownership of the property, valued at $800,000 and bordered on three sides by the school but retained a 40 year estate in the income from it. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 31, 1968.
