Description
Faye Sehorn, 16, from Iraan Texas, used her spare time this past week to practice the things she learned in class each day. The girls spent from nine to ten hours daily learning the different twirling techniques. At least 150 girls attended the week-long twirling seminar at The University of Texas at Arlington and ended the week with a beauty contest. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition July 28, 1967
