Neighborhood center programs now in operation under the Community Action [Agency] Program are being directed by Mrs. Wilma Lightner, Mrs. Vassie T. Tinsley, Mrs. Dorothy P. Miller, and Louis Dressler, front left to right, and J. Martin Marquez, B. T. W. Brembry, Miss Josephine Beckwith, Mrs. Lacy Goostree, Mrs. Sybil Dodson, and Mrs. Robbie Lewis, back. Miss Beckwith is director of Bethlehem Center, administrator of the Community Action Program project; Mrs. Goostree is a member of the center board and Mrs. Sybil Dodson is program director. The others are neighborhood directors. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, June 29, 1967.
