Basking in their City Council runoff victories are, left to right, Dr. Edward W. Guinn, william R. (Bill) Sasgard, Frank G. Dunham and W. S. (Watt) Kemble. They and two fellow Good Government League candidates, Vaughn wilson and Ira Kersnick, were swept to victory in a record runoff vote. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 19, 1967.
