Description
Hershel Pearson, juror in the Kennth Allen McDuff trial, says he was "intimidated" by others on the jury until he agreed to vote on the death penalty. He made this accusation at McDuff's hearing on a motion for a new trial after McDuff was given the death sentence for murder.
