Presidential limousine parked at the emergency room entrance of Parkland Hospital, Dallas, following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The limousine is parked in the "Ambulances Only" area at Parkland Hospital. There is an ambulance parked next to the limousine and several police officers hospital workers and other people are gathered around.
