Texas Wesleyan's (TWC) Pete Brown (in white) appears to be tip-toeing in as he drives for layup and collides with Bruce Tibbets (51) Arlington State at the Public School's Gym. Referee ruled Tibbets fouled on the play. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition January 26, 1964.
