Image shows Frank Cooper, 23, 1616 N. E. 36th, he used to live on the Arizona reservation, Cooper is a member of the Pima tribe. He is a warehouse worker and laborer for Thomas Byrne Inc. . The national government through the Bureau of Indian Affairs has aided 3,000 native Americans to relocate in the Fort Worth-Dallas area for employment in vocational training. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition September 3 1961.
